ABSOLUTE EATING: THE FAT BLAME GAME

JUST A NOTE:

My name is TimoNanda. Like so many, I have struggled to lose weight for many years, a struggle without success. Yo-yo dieting lead to more and more weight gain, hopelessness and eventually type 2 diabetes. There has been little help for me from the medical community so I have continued to search for outside resources to help improve my health.

This blog will chronicle my SUCCESSFUL with weight-loss! I will also share the information that I have unearthed and found helpful in my effort to understand the effects of sugar on the human body, and how mindfulness may be the link to a positive transformation from disease to healthy living.

I am not a doctor, nutritionist or anything else official. I am just a guy seeking the peace of mind that good health brings.
