WHAT IS "ABSOLUTE EATING"?


There are many plans, programs, diets 
and ideas about how to lose weight and be happy- 
what makes this one different?  

ABSOLUTE EATING IS NOT JUST ABOUT WEIGHT, 
IT'S ABOUT SANITY, CLARITY & MAXIMIZING HEALTH.

There are 3 ABSOLUTE RULES:

   1: NO SUGAR, NO FLOUR, NO PROCESSED FOODS


   2: EAT THREE BALANCED & WEIGHED MEALS PER DAY (NO SNACKING)


   3: FOCUSED THINKING: LOVE & RESPECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS


These 3 Rules are the ABSOLUTES. Follow these rules and everything will fall into place.
Imagine a world where you are healthy, fit and free, a world where you are no longer trapped inside a body that is not serving your best interest, a body that is holding you back, making you feel helpless, self-conscious and un-lovable. 

Consider the possibility that the time may have come to let go of that cozy (isolated) world of over-indulgence and binging. But how? How to STOP and start again? 

Allow me to present a ROADMAP that is simple and clear. One that is well defined and absolute. This is tough love for a tough problem. But at the end of the road, and all along the way, there is a person who will emerge who is stronger, better and more self confident than previously thought possible. That person is YOU!
